this type of properties on board we are travelling with infant of 18months we went to the property pervious day night and taken confirmation these people don't have minimum common sense next day morning we reached 11am they told we can accept at only 1pm and after 11.30am they called us and started saying stories that they adjust the room in another property we had dined it and told them very clearly that we want pool facing room as we had booked it now they told room glass is broken and it's no ...more

very disappointing experience
the service was extremely poor. despite multiple reminders, they failed to provide basic amenities like towels and water bottles.
the condition of the room was unacceptable – the walls were damaged, and the door of the queen suite room we stayed in was completely broken. the property is poorly maintained, which made the stay very uncomfortable.
additionally, the breakfast was monotonous with just 1-2 options served every day, lacking variety and quality.
i would not recommend staying here and certainly will not be visiting again.

what an amazing place!! I have stayed for 4 days. The staff is very amazing and friendly. And the cook knows how to cook.. such an amazing hotel ✨

room not clean lizard also seen. kitchen staff not good, food not available and zomato swiggy not allowed. i will not recommend this hotel for stay. thank you

The place is located in a beautiful location.
The staff is helpful. The property is nice.
No complaints about anything.
I really loved the stay there.
