i recently stayed at gogoland , and overall, it was a pleasant experience. the ambience of the hotel was warm and welcoming from the moment i arrived. the check-in process was smooth, and the staff was courteous and helpful throughout my stay. the room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the basic amenities provided. the bed was cozy, and the bathroom was spotless with a good supply of toiletries. one of the highlights was the food—delicious and well-prepared with a good var ...more

This property should be promoted as an amusement park for smaller kids. Not a good idea for a family stay. School troops are coming on a daily basis, hence a lot of noise throughout the day doesn't allow a peaceful stay with family. Food was also below average. Not at all a value for money.

Everything was fine and good. But the Water scape Deluxe rooms and it's surroundings needs to be maintained much more neat and clean. The water around it is too brackish now which is making the rooms and toilets stinky. The water that was coming through taps was yellow in colour too. Please improve for more upcoming good stays and reviews. we liked the children and adults play and adventure area and activities. The fishspa and campfire too were good.

1)Not accessible friendly. We were made to wait for half an hour to catch the boat. After crossing into the island, there is 5 mins distance to walk with no availability of porter. 2)Pool water is not clean. Need to take a proper bath after taking a dip. Otherwise body will itch after some time. No availability of float for kids. 3) Food is good but costly. Breakfast is limited. 5) Rooms are not maintained well. There are some damages here and there. I booked a bamboo room but the room doesn't look like bamboo from inside..inspite of having toddler they provided the last room in the hotel which is not appropriate also there was a leakage inside the bathroom so we were shifted to another room which was pretty good...the male staffs are kind and helpful and much understandable but female staffs in reception and in restaurant kitchen doesn't speak politely just showing attitude and rudeness in their face... play area is plus point and good entertainment for kids...breakfast was simply good tasty food.little expensive..

nice resort with amicable staff and facilities. private pool room was a great experience. food was little bit expensive. overall loved the stay and was a good experience my daughter loved the stay
