Bad stay. At first the guy at reception said, you don’t have a booking as we are not taking booking since 2 months. Then he argued for 20mins saying You call them. I said I called today morning and and the staff said ok. Then I was given a room. The room was small and unclean. TV and wifi were not working and after repeated reminders nobody came to sort it out. The bathroom only had boiling hot water from wash bashin and bidet. Only the shower had hot and cold. Then I was not given breakfast ...more

the picture, the hotel does not look like that. The rooms are tiny. There is no space to move, bed as already occupied most space. Very small room . av, tv not work

Very Rude talking with customer, they said we don't get money when you book so uh won't get all the service as mention .No network in the room and no wifi network connect for sometime and connect and reconnect again.Very bad experience I won't recommend this hotel.

Very small room.. no luggage space.. bed size for 2 adult was 4*6'... even TV remote was not available.... Breakfast for 2adult 1 Tea 1 bread omelette.... i only gave him 1 star as he kept my luggage after checkout for hole day.....

never book this hotel.
if this hotel is your last option then go for dharamshala but not this one.

Very bad experience! Room and wash room is too conjugated. Single bed is provided for couple. Bedsheet is dirty and torn. We reached here at 10.30 pm still then room was not ready even I called the hotel earlier. I have booked for two days but I want to leave it now. If possible please exchange the property for another day.

The rooms were dirty with hairs all around. The room AC was not working. It's not worth spending around 3k for a night and not getting atleast a clean room. Please check some other hotels which are far better than this for even a lesser price.
