Room was pretty small. The receptionist was arrogant. My luggage was stuck in lift. I had to wait long hours in the night to get my luggage. There were cockroaches in the room.

I stay in this hotel for 2 days , room was good , reach to this hotel was great it's on main road .
but facilities are very poor, i called for water bottle and iron for more than 3 time but staff was not cooperated. after one hour i didn't get water and iron for clothes, staff told us we have not having staff for same its very bad thing for such kind of hotel's even I left hotel but didn't get water bottle
really very bad experience I face while staying in this hotel.

Rude peoples. Told that if book through Go ibibo then collect GST bill through GO IBIBO. Break fast options also very low compared their prices. Swimming pool not working. Terrible experience.

i asked for comb , shaving kit , dental kit ...all was refused by reception staff straight away. they said they don't provide anything.also the way of talking wasn't good.
