There are insects all over the room. Room smells like a public restroom. Staff was informed and requested to clean it but didn’t clean it properly. Also i was charged 300 on top of what i paid

mostiquotos in the room. while sleeping mostiquotos disturbed the sleepand hot water facilities not available. room, bathroom not properly cleanHotel has to give proper facilities to customer if they paid amount from themHotel must be responsible for thisThank You🙏
