The rooms and bathroom are very small as compared to the pictures..
Location of the hotel is good.
Fan is making a lot sound.
Price and room size do not match.

hotel are based in good location but service are so pathetic.
hotel was not provide any towel, drinking water, and basis thing for stay.
also hotel room was so small for dual accommodation.
hotel team are so arrogant when i was ask only for room change.

I booked two deluxe rooms from 4th September to 7th September. But the rooms that was given to us was absolutely substandard. Hair, stains, dirt on bed sheets. Broken wardrobe. All the lights in the rooms are not working properly. The washroom of both rooms are very dirty. The hotel authorities did not change the room despite repeated requests. We had to leave without check-in on September 4 even after paying the full amount.

the worst hotel i've ever booked. the staff and management are just non responsive to anything. dirties room i've seen in any hotel in my entire life, chunks of food, damaged fittings and doors, spots of spit here and there, linens seems like they were not even changed. and the worst part is on the wc.

room us too small, door is too tight to close, TV is there but without set top box, electrical sockets are not working so one cannot charge their phones, intercom connection is there but not working, no dustbin in the room, very unhygenic, they dint provide towel or other toiletry items, no room service .. all together it was a horrible experience.

It is average stay near New Market area. All govt guidelines and covid protocols are well maintained. Services needs to be better.
