hotel was too good and the staff were also great but there is no new year party hence it's not the amount worthy. Everything good but not event management

the experience was very bad. the room was not good. the room had more than 20-30 mosquitoes. even we changed the room, but that room was also same. the room had cobwebs, and the bedsheet was dirty. the glass in the window was not intact and one of my friend got a cut on his finger
also the staff was not responsive

Room was not well maintained at all... washroom was not proper... breakfast had very limited food despite breakfast being included...overrated hotel...only the view is good but that is there in.many other hotels...

Room cleanliness & hygiene is pathetic. Water leakage in the bathroom and linen, fans are full of dust.
I'll not recommend to book this hotel.
