Positives:
Good staff behaviour
Superb Food even tough a bit highly priced (They arranged from external vendor, no live kitchen available in resort)
Chill climate
Sufficient parking space
Suitable for bachelor's , couples & Family
Negatives:
Not worth for the money we spend.
Bedsheets and pillows were very old and had full of stains. Pillow was full of mold & Fungus.
Don't expect Luxury for the price you give. you get only a below average experience.

The place is easily accessible from the main road. The property area is very limited and so are most of the facilities. Upkeep of available area is also bad. The most exciting feature is the cold temperature and mist of Kanthalloor.
The upkeep of the place was bad. No proper maintenance of surroundings. Attitude of some staff was not good. Most basic toiletries like dental kit was not available.
