Location of the hotel is excellent, not very far from Railway Station and Golden Fort Gate. The swimming pool is clean. Hotel staff are excellent and they take extreme care of the guests.

Staff was good. Food was v oily. Location is v bad. Hotel is 500-600 m from main road and this stretch of 500-600 m is not a Tar road, so it's v dusty & uneven.
Overall, not worth the heavy price.

First of all their service is very poor, everything is the room is either not working like fans or is broken like lock and there is no water coming from shower, when we complained they changed the room ( we booked suite btw).

The hotel is average. The infrastructure is good but major concern is power cut.. there us frequent power cuts in the hotel.
