it was a bad stay experience, booked room for 3 persons at high prices, a small double bed room approx 8x8 feet with a very small bathroom was given.

Would've given rating in neg if possible. Given 3 bed room instead of booked 4 bed room (Staff had the audacity to tell us to sleep on floor on mattress). Very dirty. Fans/A.C. not working. No windows. No ventilation. Very rude, intimidating and threatening behavior of staff. Not worthy

it's a night mare for me and my family booking in this hotel as u can c I have booked from 19 to 21 feb for 3 person paid for ac room. they "donot have lift" they gave us rat hole type room stinky room cigrate smell bedsheet were tored non ac room I complain for non ac room and small room for which there manager argue with me and told u donot have ac room I have showed him my voucher where air conditioner mention as u can c in pic but he refuses then there owner came and asked I told how can we ...more

horrible experience.poorest quality.shear loot.room was not worth than 500 to 800 and they charged plus taxes .even costlier than lalit or any other 3 or 4 star hotel.shamelessness.
