very average property and staffs can be even more friendly. everytime we are to reach out to the staffs for hot water and it's extremely frustrating to ask them to turn on the heater even during the night times and most of the time the staffs goes asleep by 10pm

have booked a front view room but they imposed a back side room in ground floor. no dustbin in the room. room was smelling very bad. staff very rude.

If you want a room with a valley view as well as near doddabetta peak. It will be the best choice. Early morning I visited Doddabetta Peak from here.... I got first entry, The tea park and factory is also near, room was spacious, neat and clean... Supportive staff... parking in front of hotel

Rooms are spacious but not well maintained. washrooms are not hygenic and water spills over the toilet. Try not to book along with break fast option hotel doesn't had a in house restaurant.

Service is not good and they are allowing smoking , getting smell inside the rooms and not controlling and very bad maintenance. Not suggesting to stay for families.

The hotel was good. Room is nice although there is no dust bin and heater in the room. View from the room is amazing 🤩. Bed is comfortable and enough for 3 people's , they also provide extra blankets if you ask for it. TV have some movie channels only. Bathroom has 24 hour hot water and they also provide hot drinking water if you ask for it.
Location is 2 km - main market and 4km - railway station, bus stand. Every time you need take a auto to reach their.

i got 1st floor room- garden side. the view towards this side is amazing, awesome. hotel location is 2 kms away from city centre, easy to travel to and fro.
