Worst Experience Ever – STAY AWAY
If I could give negative stars, I would.
Now to break it down:
NO LIFT. Yes, you heard that right. In 2025, in Delhi's scorching heat, you’ll be dragging your luggage through suffocating stairs. Disgusting.
They turn off the AC at night. In Delhi’s unbearable heat. Are we supposed to sleep or roast alive? What kind of pathetic service is this?

The hotel's name is different. they changed the names not even any sign board puted on the name of hotel golden tower Nobody knows this name is not even proper showing on Google map finally hotlier came to pickup on bike rooms are clean bathroom is clean but little stinky they switched off A.C by them self in the mid night also they charged extra 200 when reached at property which also mentioned in booking voucher

The location of the hotel on the map is not accurate and misleading therefore my plans for staying in a convenient locat

the hotel was very central, clean and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. we had an issue with the bathroom and it was fixed very quickly. Really enjoyed our breakfasts and the welcome was second to none
