Overall the service was good, specifically the room service. But as soon as we checked in, we found a person at a reception who was very rude. His tone was rude and the body language was also pathetic. He was an odd one out, rest the entire staff was polite. Moreover the television was also dysfunctional, and they were trying to fix the problem but the problem persisted despite of several attempts they made on their part. Excellent stay. Good location, on road to naaldehra Tasty food n reasonable price Cooperative staff Beautiful valley view from valley facing rooms Overall enjoyed a lot.

The room didn't have a balcony it only had a mountain view from the room. Even the electric kettle was not washed properly, and a stale smell was coming from it. The food was also not so good. Not worthy of the money I paid for the paid for this hotel. Just the location of the hotel was good and you can sit at the cafe besides to watch the sunset which should have been viewed from the hotel room.

Rooms were good and comfortable with very nice view of the mountains (attached photo of the view from window but the issue was only one that above our room, there was kitchen and the room was very noisy and wasn't able to sleep.

location good food not good linens not good water bottle not served the worst part is nobody is bothered to ask you or try to resolve your concern. Only flashy name, no activity, no provision of any indoor game. I wish the manager/ care taker shall give a personal inspection and care about client's hard earned money being wasted like this.

Staff was courteous, service was fast, and food was delicious. Hospitality wise and cleanliness wise this place is great. The issue is that deluxe rooms are too small.

The hotel is located around 8 km from mashobra . The rooms of the hotel are very small. The food of the hotel is below average and ammnities like free wifi are not available in room

We went with family and booked 3 rooms. it was an awesome stay. The view from the room was great and sufficient amenities were available. The service is very quick and the staff is extremely polite and accommodating. I want to thank Mr Dheeraj who went out of his way to ensure we have a great stay. Other staff including Pavan and Mukesh ensured excellent service and very humble and polite.
