Bathroom was filthy and definitely required a deep clean. General cleanliness was apalling and unacceptablr. Fridge was also filthy however this is in part due to use by residents or the people who sleep in the kitchen every night. Staff training needs to be addressed to avoid unsatisfactory situations. The cheap rate is not an excuse for the deficiencies and neither a full night charge for a late check out when the apartments occupancy is low. Definitely will not stsy again but I will stay in the area...

Clean room , with good behaviour of staff, but location is out of the city, need to wait long for autos. The washroom was also average.
As a couple it was hastle free, with no complaints.

the rooms are clean and spacious..Good bathroom too
However for the 2 days we stayed there there was no room service
The staffs were polite. Has a small parking lot for bikes

It is located in the outer area, but can easily accessible.The staffs & services were very good and it was neat & clean as well.The room was comfortable and well-maintained and really had a very pleasant stay and a very nice experience.

Best hotel to stay in mysore.lots of restaurants and cafes are there near the hotel.also kitchen is there in hotel.we can cook food there.best experience

Not satisfied with the hotel service, No food ,no iron, room lock was also damaged, customer service phone was not working,very far from city.And very late service.morning tea was not on time.its very difficult to reach that hotel at night,totally waste of money.staff behaviour was also not polite.
