4 star to hotel staff,
2 star for hotel architecture,
lighting very poor, washroom very dirty.
I stayed for 5 days, they didn't changed bedsheets even once.
wash basin is jammed.

this was my second visit to allahabad & i chose hotel goodwill again for its location, safety & friendly staff behaviour.
unlike mahakumbh, it was more peaceful this time & i got a very good room at an affordable price.
i had a smooth checkin & checkout experience .
the staff was just 1 call away for any assistance.
i highly recommend this hotel.

The Hotel didn't have even any of the Basic Amenities which are supposed to be there. The Room was very dirty, filthy, unhygienic and was not worth staying at all. There were no washbasin in the toilet or otherwise and the toilet was very-very dirty, unhygienic and in a very poor condition.......Furthermore, with all such basic Facilities/Amenities absent there, the Room-Tarrif was too-too high, which was totally unacceptable for such a poor property.....I'm not satisfied with this property of y ...more

hotel maintenance is very poor.their on line commitment is totally fake.t v remote is not working properly,a c also not working properly,beds are not properly clean.toilet also not clean.

Dirty bed sheets, dirty toilet and bathroom, dirty table, dirty floor, and AC was shut off in the middle of the night. Not worth the money paid for 1 night
