Very bad experience we had. There is no proper staff here with sound knowledge about the wellness centre . They charge so much and there absolutely nothing here not even basic facilities.Such a pathetic stay and experience..... we are not at all happy. My family is so upset . They promise something and they give nothing. Not worth coming here.Actually it's not staff because they are very sweet,but the owner of this property who is minting money n giving nothing to the customers . One person is very rude person

It was a nice experience at Gorukana with my family. But we didn't have any tribal dance experience. Food was delicious and staffs were polite.
Staffs were cooperative for any kind of help.

1. Food what they are providing
2. The calmness and silence of the resort amidst forest
3. Clean rooms
4. Spacious cottages to accommodate 4 people easily
5. 24/7 hot water

Things can be improved
1. Road to the resort
2. Game equipments can be maintained properly
3. The property of the resort can be maintained in a better way

Horrible stay. Horrible staff. The rooms are damp, dirty and smelly. The resort cuts the electricity at night without prior information to the guests. Low maintain resort. Worst stay ever.

Nice place to stay and take back great memories, especially the evening tribal dance program with bonfire. Food is good considering your are in the middle of forest. The road to property is very narrow, should do something about it and property need better maintenance and upkeep with better room service.
