I am a hotelier by profession and currently serve as a Front Office Manager in Nubra Valley, Ladakh. 1. There is no lift, though there is a person dedicated for taking your luggage but you too have to carry the luggage. 2. Rooms are the average, dull and not as per looking in photos 3. As a hostel vibes are good and dorms might be okay but for individual rooms, please don't book. you can have other better options in same price.

The experience at the hostel was nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Met one of the customer dept. team, Shruti who was very nice. Even the counter staff was very polite.
