It was a wonderful stay. the rooms were extremely clean with regular maintainence. the washroom was hygienic. the owner was friendly and courteous. it was a very economic and pleasent stay. we highly recommend the home stay for people who are looking for a comfortable stay in a budget.

The owner extorting money even after paid booking...can't even open a window...cannot use the cutlery...she demanded 2000 rupees for using cutlery for dinner...somehow managed to pay 500 and leave...woke me up at 6am screaming ...total harrassment ...not recommended...pls stay away...

Rooms are spacious and very clean, good, and luxurious. location of property is also very good. station and interstate busstand both are about two and half kilometers from Govind Niwas home stay. the property can also be used for small parties. Behaviour of owner lady resambles a family member. She asks for any need during stay.

very good rooms with neet and clean bathrooms. The location of home stay is also very suitable for me.
All offices are closer to this place. markets and food hotels are also within the approach.

I felt here like a family. Behaviour of owner is very soft, and familiar. Building is quite beautiful and surrounded by lush green natural beauty.

The Govind Niwas home stay is very clean providing healthy atmosphere. This property is situated in the centre of city locality called city centre. Most of the offices and places of tourist interest are close to this home stay. This is very safe for single lady travellers.

Most of the offices are within few minutes distance. Hospitality is very familiar. University, collectorate and city center all are close to this home stay. Wakeup call, every thing is there to get ready. my work places are very close to this property. Owne of the home stay is a well behaved lady.
