my stay experience at goyal palace is horrible it is worst. no cleaning there are cocroach and termites all over washroom and inside wardrobe even at the gate. also door lock is not working when i asked reception they said it should work and hung up the phone. i tried for wifi password multiple times but no one responded. staff behavior is worst it is not feeling safe there even location is also not good. they haven't provide any toiletries. i can write so much negative points here everything is negative not a single thing good. blanket has all over strain on them.
