I had a terrible experience with booking for four rooms on October 11-12, 2025. Upon arrival at 1 AM, the receptionist informed us that our booking was canceled. After showing proof it was active, we were only given three rooms, which was insufficient for my family of nine with three children. To make matters worse, none of the rooms were clean, and we had to wait an hour for them to be prepared. This level of service is unacceptable, especially after a long day of travel with young children.
