Overall the hotel was good , gave it 3/5 due to the reason that they charged us extra 400Rs during check-in for standard room.Room and bathroom was clean , they changed the bedsheet on a simple request , super friendly staff , no Comment on food as we didn't order anything . So yeah overall it was good experience staying at Hotel Gracious .

hotel is clean and rooms are good. they charge 10% as service tax on food, which I didn't understand. Rest everything was fine - staff is good, property is safe for family.
