i had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel. the reality was far from the positive reviews i saw online, which now feel misleading or possibly fake. the rooms were incredibly small, not well-maintained, and there were serious issues like wall seepage and even broken areas in the walls. cleanliness was lacking, and the overall condition of the property was poor.
i do not recommend this hotel to anyone, and i strongly advise others to look elsewhere for a better, more honest experience.

Ac remote was not working i requested for change, no telephone extension , electric kettle in room. Mattress are years old . I booked 4 room .. one room washroom was not cleaned . Every time we have to request. I asked for a team in morning and it took 1 hr 10 to get deliver ..

no basic amenities in room i stay 2 night and i asked for telephone intercom i got only 1 reply

i asked for glass for drinking water they साइड गिलास है ही नहीं sirji
i order panner tikka nahi ha sirji
i order hara bhara kebab nahi ha sirji
green salad 1 ghante baad tak nahi aaya then i ordered from zomoto

Hotel was good but interior is not good like in ohotos .. there is no hair dyer provided and some more amenities that was mentioned and also i booked dinner and breakfast with room but dinner and breakfast is not acceptable as per hotel.

We were with family, and we had two rooms. One room was fine, but the other room had insects, and we got bitten. My wife had an allergy, and after that, it was all red on the hands. They gave us a second room that was also having insects, and again, we complained. We got the third room, which was dirty, but we managed because it was almost 2 a.m. and we didn't have the energy to complain. The food was ok a little oily but fine.
