We booked this hotel and when reached the hotel they told they dont have booking.Later they said it is there and when we check out at night they took from us saying you opted cash payment. We had already paid the full amount via the site. Receptionist is either cheating or the booking site is cheating. Anyway such bad /spoiled experience

The location of the property is very good, near to the Bengaluru Airport. The room was very neat and clean.

room service was really bad, before checking in someone new, it's like a basic thing to check if everything is proper in the room. tv , fridge doesn't work. didn't even care to check even after asking several times. horrible experience .not worthy
