during my stay at grand continent hebbal, i faced several issues. the power kept cutting out frequently, causing major disruptions. the wash basin leaked continuously, and the plumber couldn't fix it during my stay. the internet coupons provided were unusable, and the wifi options were poorly explained. tv channels were not available on ott and the breakfast was basic. surprisingly, the hotel lacks amenities like a pool, gym, or spa, which is unexpected for a four-star hotel. overall, a disappointing experience.
