This is an old styled hotel. Charges are high for food & accommodation for this kind of average property. I was given a room in which an LED bulb was not working. I didn't get a copy of menu for breakfast even after waiting for 2 hours and I was told that I'll have to pay Rs 821 for breakfast buffet. ! Bad experience 👎🏻

Wonderful stay. Excellent Presidential Suite. Sumptuous Food. Staff too good behaviour. Sitting near Pool side in late evening with melodious instrumental music in backdrop is sort of meditation.

good stay hotel rooms are big and clean staff courteous breakfast spread good location of hotel is good would advise to stay for families restuarant has good choices visited on 23 to 25 january 2025 for mahakumbh prices high due to mahakumbh

This is the worst hotel experience I’ve had in a couple of years.As soon as we entered, we noticed a strange smell in the hotel lobby, which was also present in our rooms. We had to request air fresheners.There was no central air conditioning in the hotel; all the rooms had split AC units, and even the lobby had split/window ACs, which were not working.There were frequent power cuts that trapped us in the lift once and disrupted the cooling of the rooms during the day.There was no kettle or iron ...more

Booked the place based on pictures. But unfortunately I could not like the services or at least the value of money quotient. I think the hotels umderstading is, the higher they price their products or services, the more premium and luxury they will be. I ordered khichadi for my kid with exact these details: daal khichdi no jeera, light haldi and salt. They never got the order right. And for a bowl of that, I paid 486 rupees. Hotel with good facilities but can be improved. They didn't allow free extension of more than 2 hours inspite of specific request in the start of the stay. (1) Safety (2) Location of the hotel & (3) Pricing compared to other hotels in same area
