Property is old but room space is more than what you pay for same in other property.
So, its compensation with respect to old property and space.
Owner get very kind hearted. He is almost 65years old.

The hotel was not cleaned in years. Rooms were dusty and dirty. Washrooms were filthy. No enough lights in the room. There were hair on Bedsheets and stains on blankets.Service was absent. Not at all worth the price.

This is the worst hotel experience I have ever had. the hotel room rent is high compared with the services provided .
the hotel has Zero Room service. They don't entertain their guests at all. No water /soap provided on request. Worst Staff.
You may get better clean hotels in the same price band.

Located at the heart of the city, tariff is a bit on the higher side. Food quality is good but again a bit overpriced. In all, my rating a 4.5 out of 5.

price is little high for this hotel, otherwise it on the market, owner is very friendly. staff are good. 2km to railway station.

Non-sanitized & unhygienic place to stay. All the amenities promised were baseless and weren't available & some were unoperatable. Rooms & washrooms were worse.
