Not a Hotel for a quiet night rest. Be prepared for noisy room neighbour as rooms are not sound proof. Water pressure in room 301 very low. No water force in shower, inbuilt geyser. Hot water not for long.Room service very slow. Have to call 3 to 4 times before the request is fulfilled out of compulsion.

food is too expensive as per hotel standard & they don't alow outside food....they asked me to pay extra amout as a service charges which should be free of cost...will not recommend anyone to stay here!

Suffocation in room , no Proper ventilation. Washroom was not clean and geyser was not working. Staff were good.

Unprofessional approach,it is basically a dharmashala,not hotel,they don't have generators as there was a cut of electricity supply,they do not have any staff or parking,only one man was managing each and everything,I seriously didn't like it,in the noon there were two persons in the staff and those were very rude.I booked three rooms,they are even not willing to provide second mineral water bottle.Lot of things to which couldn't be mentioned right now.I do not recommend it.They are not having kitchen too.

Very bad 👎experience this hotel not good for stay room are not cleaning staff service not good dirty place hotel management very very bad, not giving drink water bottle and bathroom are not good in bathroom not bathing shop, hand wash bottle nothing any my experience very bad in this hotel management staff behavior rudely everything like not good 👎🤮 so guy's not come in this hotel grand swai madhopur 👎Time waste money 👎😖

it is a good hotel but could do better in terms of food. room service was good the pool area was nice , staff was goodwe were allowed early check-in without prior telling them that we want it staff was good nice small garden near pool overall it was nice
