It was an amazing experience staying at Hyatt. Rooms were super spacious & clean. Breakfast choice - specially live counters have great choices. Location is excellent - morning walk on the beach is a must. Value for money......would definately visit again. Kids enjoyed well.There are plenty of things for kids to remain engage, the hotel has given attention to it.

We had a fantastic stay at Grand Hyatt Goa, and I just wanted to give a special shoutout . She made our check-in super smooth and welcoming, and her friendly attitude instantly made us feel at home. The buffet dinner menu should be more. like our day's stay there was not even a single menu of mutton items. also fish items were very limited. there should be tandoor chicken also in buffet dinner.
there should be a small light system at breakfast/lunch/dinner table so that we call easily a waiter as per our requirements.
overall a good experience. thnx

the experience was quite average. The Lunch buffet spread was just 5~6 items in main course, which is much less than 12~15 items normally 5 star hotels keep. Hot water in Room was quite lukewarm only. Swimming pool change rooms below average.
Bathtub not able to store water and leaking out.
