Advice not to stay. Smelly room. Bathroom door not working. Rooms very shabby and staff behaviour non cooperative. Supposed to be new hotel. It seems it is for evening Daru party and other purposes. Not a good stay. Strict NO.

different room then in pictures , worst experience ever they want to cancel the booking when we reach by saying we are full. Rooms are so small u can’t move freely at such a price

i am not happy about staying in a hotel grand. geyser not working and television remote is not available also cleaning issue water bottle not provided as per hotel rules.

hotel was very hygiene, pathetic, no water in washroom, phone broken and not working, staff was very very rude & unprofessional. front office receptionist ms. priyanka was very rude and arrogant. i canceled my upcoming stay. very unsafe.

The hotel is of a C-grade level. The property is not the same as they have shown in the photos; moreover they don't even keep towels in the room. The bed has bugs and is not even properly managed. Parking is too much a ask for.I booked the room for 7 nights stay and paid the whole amount before checking in but had to leave urgently after the first night, and when I asked the manager to refund me the amount of at least four days, he first made excuses, then told me he will speak to owner and settle, and later switched off his phone. This is the level of this hotel that survives on "free money".

Very bad experience. totally Disappointed. 1. The hotel reception staff was very rude in nature . they do not provide a good room , not even the same room which is shown for super deluxe , Room looks like a very small , not good one , water leakage and also selan on the wall . 2. I asked this not the same room which I booked , Hotel reception staff said "yehi Lena hai to bolo' ... this was rude ... 3. water leakage in washroom , Also selan on wall 4.
