very poor customer service. we received dirty balcony during checkin and after repeated complaints the balcony was cleaned. though we were charged 400rs per booking yet the house keeping staffs didn't turn till first 4 days of our stay even after repeated calls to the customer support lady whose contact was shared to us during booking. during booking it was cleared mentioned that extra mattress will be provided since we had a booking for 3 people but that was not provided till the first 2 days u ...more

The room shown in the picture is different from the room they provided.
The blankets were smelly, a dirty bedsheet, there was no toiletry provided even the RO was not working at all.
It was a very bad experience.
