no elevator. rooms are spacious, but only one ton split ac is provided, which cannot cool the room. the hotel is in a remote area, with no restaurants available, only room service. it's primarily a bar hotel.

The room was Good and well kept. The staffs were very much helpful and friendly .
Center was also convenient.
Except for the fact that the necessary toiletries like brush and paste not being provided.
This is not the first time staying here and each time they have been consistent at providing everything in their best way.
Definitely recommended.

water heater in the room not working.to get the hot water i have to wait for one hour.no parking in the hotel. i have to park my car in the road.

Suite room was very spacious, with foyer, living area with sofas, side table cum dressing unit, and bed. Good washroom. Hot water and dental kits provided on request. No kettle or tea/coffee satchets. Room service was good and prompt. Spacious rooms, big bed, clean washroom.

Good location.
Rooms are spacious.
Affordable.
Rooms are not properly maintained. No insulation.
We could hear loud noise from the next room whole night. Also smell of cigarettes were coming into our room from the next door.
There was no hot water in the room.
Overall not a good experience.
Will not recommend for families.
