Terrible Experience – Not Worth the Money
This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve had,. We had requested early check-in, but the hotel did not accommodate and made us wait over 3 hours. During this time, we were told that the keys to the entire property were with a supervisor who would only arrive at 9:30 AM. We had to wait in the parking area—after a 14-hour journey—with elderly people, children, and women in the group.

Stayed in a Deluxe Room and had a great experience. The room and the entire property were very clean and well-maintained. I was able to park my bike safely, which was a big plus. The staff was professional and the service was smooth throughout my stay. The food was definitely the highlight—delicious and well-prepared. The ambience of the resort was also very pleasant and relaxing. Highly recommended!

the property is a little old and worn out. maybe it's a little pricey for what you get. rooms are clean and spacious. serv.ice is good. a kid above 5 yrs is charged for an extra bed. but the bed is provided without a cot. the food served in the restaurant is of good taste. the food price is reasonable compared to a decent restaurant outside.

We had a pleasant stay at grand maurya. Its an old hotel but a very neat and a good hotel. Staff is really great and the food was also amazing. The menu is very large and the prices are very reasonable. Special thanks to K.K Ravi. He is an amazing server in the restaurant area and at the reception desk rupesh and bharti are very nice.
