    The hotel is undergoing renovation and painting work where in its difficult for the guests to walk to their room through the corridor as there is lot of dust in the air and untidy floors to walk. On sharing the same at reception that they must put a note at the time of booking that renovation and painting work is going on so that one is informed beforehand whether to book the hotel or not, on this, the rude receptionist says you could have checked this before check-in and you are free to leave a ...more

    Good ambience, excellent room spacious, Antique furniture ornaments candle stand etc Royal touch . Food very delicious but too costly. Good location also nearby nice garden for morning walk Couldn't took picture/photos so excuse pls Amravati Grand Mehfil - Good spacious room, location etc but Tarrif is too high . Breakfast not good quality also poor spread .Very casual approach of breakfast team.

    Good stay.Slightly expensive.Breakfast should be complimentary if one is paying so much for a room.Staff courteous and helpful.. Smooth check-in and checkout.. Spacious rooms.. Washrooms can be cleaner.. Skydeck restaurant on the 5th floor is a good place to unwind after a long busy day..

    Very bad service. If you order water bottles they will take at least half an hour. No regular cleaning. Cleaning staff only comes when you shout on the reception.
