Close to Katni Rly Junction. Decent property but very badly maintained. extremely poor service, food quality is bad, no one to attend and address the problem. in my room through out the night , more than 100 times, there was power cut and no auto start mode of AC, hence did it whole night despite intimation to staff. careless and unprofessional people are engaged.

stay was good.room is spacious.we booked ac deluxe room. washrooms were clean too.we stayed only for few hours . dinner was tasty as well. over all experience was good. we did order coffee morning and the milk was spoiled but they got it replaced within 5 mins.

this is a good property to stay. location is good . walking distance from katni railway station. the room was good and spacious. breakfast options were limited but enough and good in taste. check in and check out was very smooth . the staff was very cooperative. overall nice stay.

Management is greedy and nkt cooperative. Moreover the checkin is quite late. The response time for resolution is too slow and not helpful. Pathetic service and not even provided the compensation.
