The service was good, but there was a big difference between online and offline rates. There were lower priced rooms available but it was said that only higher priced rooms were available. This was noticed during online checking. This affects transparency. Please ensure fair and honest communication.

Water in swimming pool and for bath is dirty .no cleaning of water or any treatment plant .so it need to be improved.

Spacious and clean rooms, nice view from the room..location of hotel is perfect on the highway which is closest to many scenic places. It has a PURE VEG restaurant. The food was tasty and the room service was also good. Overall nice experience.

Good veg food options specifically their authentic Maharashtrian veg food of their restaurant. Stay was good with good service and helpful staff. will definitely stay here again. The view is amazing from the room as well as from the ground

stay was not worth the price charged for the room. i was charged rs 3500, but the experience i had was like i am staying in a lodge.
room price should not be nore than 2000 for the experience i had
shower was broken. there was not mat outside the bathroom.
