Very good location, in the main market and walking distance from Thapar Institute of Engineering. Big spacious rooms and very neat and clean. Helpful and courteous staff. Two things need attention..decor and ambiance..it is very basic and second food..they have a kitchen but timings are odd and prices of food very high.
Rest it was a very pleasant experience.
Neat the market, lot of shopping and dining options around.

Worst experience with this hotel, rooms were unhygienic and dirty. Service was very poor. There was no staff available at reception and even for room service. Their billing system is also faulty, as they will be giving you Invoice of much lower value than what you have actually paid. Over all very bad, I recommend to avoid this property.

Bathroom are dirty kettle was broken. Break fast very worst. Mattress was broken. Geyser was no working. At least this time in hotel was very bad experience. But staff was very polite

The hotel is in the good part of the city, room is pretty, and the room service is good as well. It has all the basic requirements ranging from TV, almirah, towels, etc.
