the ac is not working the geyser is not working the reception guy was rude the food is too expensive and not in the adequate amount

I like the hospitality and easy to chek in and chek out process everything was smooth this time my room102 I liked that it was spacing and comfortable wow breakfast and in the restaurant service was super fast all hotel members very good behaviour

Most friendly and helpful staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about The Grand Plaza was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, room with excellent. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future

very nice hotel and good location, food very tasty I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. It is budget-friendly, and the location is both convenient and easily accessible. The rooms are well-maintained and comfortable. The staff is cooperative and attentive. Definitely recommend it.
