Overall the stay was good, room service was excellent. Pickup and drop available from the railway station. Breakfast could have been better. It is in the mall, you can simply go 2 floors down and do shopping from the mall.

The people at the reception were very polite and courteous. The hotel room was neat and clean. The food ordered was very tasty. Room service was quick to deliver the ordered food nearly covered. The hotel property is well maintained and run. A tea/coffee maker with the required tea, coffee and milk pouches should be included. The star rating can be increased to the next level.
