The hotel was absolutely fantastic! The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The location was also perfect, close to all the main attractions. I highly recommend this hotel!
my kiddos enjoyed with pool.

rooms are jus ok types
pools well maintained
very big lawn family n kids can hav a good time playing
breakfast spread very jus average
restaurant food also not good
restaurant staffs were not friendly
they jus took order made us wait n finally v were informed that the food wat v ordered wasn't available.

Very bad maintenance worst experience ever….what kind of breakfast are they serving us…?? I never felt it’s a star hotel…..!!

it was very pleasant and memorable stay for us. all the employees where very friendly and the service was very good. will surely recommend grand serenaa resorts for a comfortable, safe and pleasant stay. it's very suitable for families.

The AC issue wasn’t fixed even after complaining for 5 times . Each time service people came in and asked us to wait for another 30 mins .
Didnt give me a feel of a star hotel and for sure the room wasn’t worth the money paid .

Very bad customer service. I checked in by 11 at night and had to call more than thrice for getting 2 bottles of water, waiting for nearly an hour, wasting time and sleep.
