Pervious experience with them was good. But this time it was underwhelming, Premises could have been cleaner and fumigation needs to be done.

Though I booked for two people and after check in when my wife came hotel receptionist counter staff came and asked for extra pax saying the room was booked for single person. Room Door's electronic key car was not functioning therefore we hv hd to leave door unlocked while going out.. Fortuitously there was nil theft & pilferage of items..

The property has degraded itself, it has become worse. The room quality has degraded significantly. The door locks were not working, provided torn towels. Spending money on this hotel is not at all worth it. I used to stay in this hotel but this time I was shocked to see its deteriorating condition.

I had booked 3 rooms for 2 days . The check in and staff is good 👍. Their was a small issue in bathroom but the same was resolved immediately by the hotel staff . My only issue was the High volume music that the restaurant was playing till late night .Kids couldn't sleep till 12.30 mid night If you are coming with kids , just keep this in mind .
