Very bad experience to stayed to Green Chilli Hotel at Santinikeran. Hotel concern provided us very small room with lowe facilities. Very ordinary darty Bed provided, No clean bed cover & blankets given by the hotel. Only one broken plastic chair kept in site the room. Latrin cum washroom is very poor codition. Huge mosquitoes, there is very casual room services.

rooms are rather small. it ends the moment you enter it.. no washroom supplies, they provide only one towel that you can clean your floor with, dirty pillows.. I stayed there for 3 days in a row.. but they did not come to clean my room even once..it was a rather pathetic stay.. for food I would say.. it was good..but the rest was ..... not even upto the mark..

Well, the room is kinda small but adjustable for one night. Very small Washroom, one can barely make a move here. Some nail polish marks are there beside the mirror. There is no fan but an AC. So, if anyone is facing asthema, it could be a nightmare for them. It is okay for single occupancy but a big no for Double occupancyActual room rent is FIT as per some sources. It took more from booking. And that was beyond my expectations

My room no. was 304. I wasn't aware that booked rooms are the standard rooms at Green Chilli, I will say it was not even standard, it was below standard. 1. The bathroom had a tap where the hot water was a central supply. The shower did not had the hot cold water supply. 2. The water was not clean for bathing etc. 3. The room had small tiny cockroaches. 4. The bedsheet & the pillow covers were not at all neat & clean.5. The hotel room (room no.304) overall was more than below standard category room with long time no renovation done it seems.I will never suggest people to book these rooms

The worst experience I ever had they first told us to wait 1 hour then said local IDs(ADHAR CARD)not accepted then rejected to give refund.

First of all staffs were so unprofessional .They are rude .At the time of checkout when I was paying the food bill ,the receptionist made me late for 15 min and I was a train and was getting late too,he made me wait for arguing on I need to pay 5% extra if I pay through upi for the food bill .And also 10 percent extra if I pay through card and they will charge tax,I am not sure what charge they are talking about and why I will pay 5percent extra for UPI payment .staffs were rude unprofessional . ...more

nothing much to write about. it is a budget hotel and rooms etc are ok. Nothing much you can expect at this price. Rooms are average and less spicy. i have observed both sales professionals and tourists in this hotel. Quality of food is ok, nothing very great. location is good within the town itself. Anybody with a limited budget, this hotel is sort of ok. i would rate this slightly below average without calling it bad.

Worst for Money. Room are very Short and Not cleaning. Floor not clean and Bathroom Not clean. Room Not Provided any league Tabile or almari. so visit Directly hotel and Check the Rooms and Booking.
