very pathetic service room was very dirty 1st time I see thats type of room bed was very dirty & smelling they show good pics but realy ho bad hotel we can't prefer any one to book on this hotel

No good services, no wifi, no hot water in side room is available and it is very far away from market.
Please don't go to this resort, it's a waste of money and time

Budget hotel.
Hotel is very far from the Matheran market. But nice location. Especially in rainy season.

The rooms were not cleaned at all.. very bad..Just the owner and service boy was cooperative.. but I still I would not recomment this place for any of my family member..

Service given to me was awesome.. It was more human.. There was situation when I was with my wife and three year old daughter and the time was around 9.30 pm. I called the hotel management and told them it was impossible for me to reach hotel as it was dark night and I don't remember the path. So they immediately sent a person whose name was chchotu and I reach safely at hotel. I want to thank all the Staff members. .Prithvi, Chchotu ,Sandip and the hotel management for giving this me ultimate experience.
