stay was ok. but can't avail breakfast because their breakfast will open at 9:30 am only which is very wondering to me as it's not a ideal time and haven't seen anywhere

When we reach early morning at 8:00 o'clock... we want just refreshing & change the cloths .. but they didn't provide me.. then we had booked another hotel room for 1 day...

The hotel is not registered under GST they do not provide a food bill and GST invoice .Those who are company employees and require GST invoice for reimbursement they will not provide invoice and make pax that they will send by whatsapp or email ,after several reminders for invoice receptionist will avoid taking calls. The same has happened with me

hotel is new , fresh & clean . hotel location is good & close to jio mart & other important offices .
kuldeep manager is very good person & super helpful. he made me fell like home .
i will surely book same hotel again for my next trip to mumbai just because of kuldeep .

Hotel manager is good guy, safe for ladies travelling alone. close to BKC. always book uber fleet.

Location is very good if you have an appointment for a visa it's just a 5 minute walk. Rooms are not very big but worth the price. The staff is friendly and cooperative.

I loved the hotel but the area where it’s located is very bad. There was a problem finding restaurants near the hotel and couldn’t get any cabs easily it’s like a slums area and its very dirty. But the hotel is good and also the staff is very helpful🫶🏻
