I recently stayed here and I must say it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The check-in was smooth, and the staff was extremely polite, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Pathetic service, staff behaviour is extremely rude, they indirectly belittle me when i asked for the two wheeler parking and i was being told they don't have any space for 2 wheelers.
