i was not stayed in this hotel during the dats 27-28 , i was cancelled my booking on that day , my refund is still pending , i was experiencing very worst experience because of this

booked classic double ac. before payment i called at the hotel and took confirmation that it is ac double and 24 hrs check in. but after booking they called back and told that they won't provide 24 hrs check in. for that i have to pay extra. on reaching there they provide single room only. providing only 500 ml water bottle for their guests 😂

i booked double coat bed room they give only single bed complementary water is only 500ml . 3rd floor room no lift , service is bad
