not good at all first they give me a damage ac room then çhange after 30 minutes than again damaged ac and than on my final day I get a good room staff behaviour and food was good but they not respond quickly i call them for water bottle I have to remind them again and again

Dirty premises, a constant foul smell & extremely rude staff and manager + lack of basic amenities ...very disappointing experience.

Staff is super friendly, great service and rooms for the price. Spent 3 nights here and it was great. Definitely would stay here again and highly reccomend it.

stayed here recently and for the price I’m very impressed. It’s in a nice central location and the staff are very helpful and nice. The room is also pretty quiet for being in a busy area.On top of it the rooms are PREMIUM. Soft comfortable beds (the most important thing for me) and a nice rainfall shower. Thank you Mr kundan Shahi If I come back to Delhi then I will come back to this hotel time and time again.

बहुत ही अच्छा होटल था सारा स्टाफ ग़ज़ब का था बहुत मदद क्या मेरा हम जैसे चेक ईन किए चाय पानी नास्ता दिया ऐसी रूम था मजा आ गया मैनेजर कुंदन सर बहुत अच्छा mange करते है होटल को आपलोग कभी भी दिल्ली आए तो जरूर एक बार इस होटल मैं रुके मैं कभी भी आऊंगा इसे होटल मैं रुकना है

Extremely bad hotel. All surfaces were dirty. The washroom was full of mud. The dustbin wasn't emptied out after the previous guest's stay. The only cleaner was sleeping at the corner of a corridor on the floor. Dirty fabrics were stashed on the steps of the staircase. The entire look of the hotel was unsatisfactory. At least the mattress on the bed was firm and sturdy.

bath room commode flash not working.they are not supply any toiletry knits.even not provide towel.no room freshener given.all places are dirty.

Green Snapper modern hotel very well situated for New Delhi Railway Station, and not too far from the Old Delhi Station too! The rooms are extremely comfortable, the staff friendly and attentive, and the food was absolutely excellent! The hotel can arrange tours in and around Delhi (Red Fort etc) and in other Indian cities too! I will be changing my booking later in my trip, to return to this hotel! very safe hotel and staff was helpful superb overall

Great hotel in a budget. It's in north campus . The location was a bit tricky to identify since it falls on a narrow road. But the interior of the hotel is swanky and staff are very friendly and helpful. Food too was good. Overall a nice experience. Location is the only negative aspect as it's on a narrow road.
