Service was very poor. All though the room was clean but other accessories were not at all there. At the time of check out they asked me to give a rating of 5. although it was a worst experience. not at all value for money.

Hotel rooms were preety good but room service was very bad nothing was systematic no proper communication form room service overall 1 star for room service.

PATHETIC HOTEL. NOT FOR FAMILY TRAVELLERS.
We had booked 2 rooms for 2 days. Points to be highlighted.
1. This is a service apartment so you will not get any reception and any point of contact.
2. Parties happen till early morning in rooms by bachelor with loud music and you can't complain to anyone as there is no reception point.
3. You won't get any hotel name written anywhere as it's a service apartment. The only hotel in the building with the name is The Ferns which is only on the first fl ...more

Oh it was a bad experience. I had rebooked the room in the same building and I must say, the service provided by them was of no value. The room smelled of cigarettes as we stepped in. The bedsheet and pillow cases were soiled with dirt. To top it all, there were no toiletries in the bathroom except for two loose soaps. On calling the person, and informing that, we need two towels and a tissue roll at least. The response we got was, 'ye to nahi dete hum' and the towel never came to our doorstep. ...more
