Hotel was good but if I tell about interior design it was so expensive with this interior design I wasn't happy to pay that much amount

The Hotel Stay was very unpleasant as they had charged me for a premium room but had provided a basis category room where there were no towels at the washroom after asking for it they said they are packed up and there is a crunch of hand towels and face towels the basic amenities which they had charged was not there mini bar was missinghand/face towels were not provided but had provided a basic category Cinnamon roomsaying the silk room was not available.my question is why are you charging for premium and providing a basic room where the difference is of 2000 almost .

i fully enjoyed my 4 nights stay in december 2024. everything was above average. rooms were very comfertable, good spread at morning breakfast, nice and testy food. staff and management was very cooperative and always there to help you. overall very comertable stay.

Room View and Food is very Nice. One thing which i don't like they have two hotel and for Swimming Pool and Gym are in different hotel and its too far from the accommodation hotel. So if you want to use that you have to walk very long.
