i upgrade my room by paying more at property
room was nice but there is no safty for the guest like there was a just a glass slider door with a very tiny lock which both can be brake from outside very easily (glass n dorr )
kitchen time is very short they said last order timing is 10.30 pm only
in morning there was no buffet for breakfast as they said we will serve u in room

Pool which was our main reason to choose this place was not clean and even after requesting to clean they didn't bother.so it was really unprofessional .Room was good although.

bad room.
the room lock was damaged.
no water bottles provided.
no toiletries provided.
the swimming pool was very dirty.
this bad hotel service spoiled our day.
waste of money and time.

my experience of staying at greenwood hotel was average. the main issue which i faced there was the cleanliness of the rooms and washroom. they do not clean the washroom routinely nor do they clean the rooms daily. washroom taps were not properly working. though their food was really commendable.

We have recently visited Amritsar and stayed in this hotel. Amenities were very poor as compared to the tariff, Bathrooms were dirty cover of toilet seat was broken and a bad smell was there throughout our stay. never recommend this for tourists.
