Clean rooms, supportive staffs. Only issue is with food. They do not have own restaurant and they get food from outside. So, if you book for complementary breakfast that doesn't worth the money. Also they do not provide any GST bill or proper bill for food. However many restaurants are available nearby areas. Overall stay experience was good.

Very Nice Hotel, On station road, Nice location.
Hygienic Rooms, Manager and Staff behaviour is very good
They asked for any feedback at the time check out.

My check out time is 12.00 PM, but forcefully asked me to vacate the room at 9.00 AM.

I went to Check-in at around 1:30PM. The very first thing the person at reception says is that he didn't get the booking. He then asked for ID and started checking his mail box on his phone. After he finds my booking, for some reason, he tried to convince me to upgrade by paying extra amount by showing me a room. After I said I already booked the highest shown room, he made me wait for close to 25 mins before allocating a room.Coming to the property quality, it is stellar and brand new. No other ...more
